We are a small team of dedicated professionals driven to creating beautiful kitchens with impeccable attention to detail, every time. We work mainly from recommendation with a client base in SW London and the Hampshire, Surrey, Sussex borders though are happy to consider projects from further afield. Here are some of the key members of our friendly team.

	Frank Tickle Creative Director Frank trained in cabinet making at The London College of Furniture until 1991. He then set up Daulby and Tickle with partner Selina Daulby, initially focussing on making fine furniture, then progressing to fitted furniture and bespoke kitchens. Frank works with clients, architects and interior designers to design and create beautiful kitchens that fit perfectly within the home, whether in a new construction, an extension or in an existing room.
	Selina Daulby Marketing Director Selina attended The London College of Furniture studying cabinet making and, after completing the course, established Daulby and Tickle with Frank in 1991. Daulby and Tickle started off in a London workshop and moved to Hampshire in 1999. Selina is responsible for marketing and communications at Daulby and Tickle.
	Simon Balthazor Project manager Simon joined Daulby and Tickle in 2009 as Project Manager with over 20 years industry experience. Simon oversees and checks customer kitchen specifications, co-ordinating with site managers and tradesmen to ensure smooth kitchen & services installation.
	Rob Hamm Production Manager Rob has been with the business since 2001 as a cabinet maker and has progressed to production manager. Once the kitchen design has been agreed, Rob oversees the whole manufacturing process, ensuring on-track production. Rob assists with the technically demanding elements of our projects when something extra special is required to give our customers the full bespoke service.
	Robert Burkiewicz Technical Designer Robert Burkiewicz is a trained architect specialising in kitchen manufacture. Robert works on the kitchen designs and produces the production plans of the bespoke kitchens and has worked at Daulby and Tickle since 2006.
	Deborah Hunt Office Administrator Deborah joined Daulby and Tickle in 2007 and provides full administrative and accounts support to the team. With over 20 years of industry experience, Deborah keeps things running smoothly in the office.
